Consultation

It is in this initial phase that we meet our clients. This could be a phone call, on site job walk, or simply the exchange of emails. During our consultation the client usually gives us an idea of what they have in mind for their Flooring upgrade. From that information we will then decide based off of multiple reasons such as subfloor, weather, or previous flooring, what the best solution for them would be. From that point we take a measurement of the clients home or building. After we know our total square footage or yardage we can determine a budget. Once this is in place we can move to design.
